Shipping policy

Shipping

• A flat rate of $11 for all regular shipping
• Orders can be sent out Express Post for $15 (within Australia only) 
• All orders are sent from our warehouse in NT, and will be dispatched as soon as possible  (usually within 24 hours of receiving the order, excluding weekends, public holidays and peak periods) 
• Orders are sent via Australia Post Shipping
• Please ensure your address is up to date - unfortunately Olive the collection can not take responsibility or refund orders that have gone missing because of incorrectly provided addresses
