Returns

It is important to us that you love your purchase from Olive the collection! If you purchase an item that you are not satisfied with, doesn't fit or doesn't suit you, we can offer a credit for you to purchase an alternative product online. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections. 

Your garment/s must meet the following requirements to be returned for a credit:

• The garment/s must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item for returns within Australia, and within 30 days of receiving the item for international returns
• The garment/s must be returned in new, unused, unwashed condition with all tags still attached
• Please note that we cannot accept returns on jewellery, swimwear or beauty products
• It must be a full priced item - there is no return on sale items
• Please note that garments that smell of perfume / deodorant or have make up or tan stains on them will not be accepted as a return
